WAIT LISTS/CLOSED DIVISION

Once a division is full or a deadline passes, a waitlist is started online. It is free to add your child’s name to the wait list and this is only done by you completing a registration for them online at ccvstars.com. As spots become available in that division, we will pull names from the wait list on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability of new spots opening is variable and unpredictable, meaning spots could open any time prior to the first game of the season, if at all. To ensure your child is able to play, families are invited to register for another sport at your home campus or even register at a neighboring location that may have spots available, without affecting your waitlist status.

To find out where your child is on the waitlist please email stars@ccvstars.com with your child’s name, as well as the campus, sport, and division they are registered for.

You will receive an email titled ‘Wait List Update’ that will contain a link to make payment and complete your registration for the division. Payment must be made by the following business day or your spot may be offered to someone else on the wait list.

Yes, some age groups and sports fill within hours. Please click here for registration dates and mark them in your calendar or set a reminder on your phone. You can also follow CCV Stars on Facebook and Instagram for specific updates.

TEAM PLACEMENT/PRACTICE/GAME INFORMATION

Once registered, your online dashboard will show Key Dates including when team information will be available. Once team information is available, you’ll be able to find your child’s coach, practice day/time/location, and more.

Please still attend your practice on the scheduled practice day, time, and location listed on your dashboard. If you have not heard from your coach by then, you will have a chance to meet them at your first practice. Your online dashboard should also have an envelope next to your coach’s name, allowing you to send an email.

Once team information is available, please visit your dashboard at ccvstars.com and fill out the team change request form. This form is only active for about four days so don’t delay! Also be sure to enter as many requests as possible at the time of registration and the staff will do their best to meet as many of those requests as possible.

Divisions

Divisions are divided by grade levels so players can join with classmates from school or church. We also split by gender when there are enough participants. In cases where we can’t split genders, coed divisions are a suitable option and done in many leagues.

We do allow children to play up but want the parents to understand they will be competing against and socializing with older players. A child is NEVER allowed to play in a younger division even if they are young for their grade.

Refunds/Reimbursements

All refund requests must be submitted by emailing stars@ccvstars.com. Refunds requested prior to a deadline, or a division filling, will be granted in full. Requests made after a division has closed may be dependent on another player taking their place and are not guaranteed.

Stars is not an approved ESA vendor; however, we can provide you with a signed attestation form which will allow you to be reimbursed. You can submit this form to ESA to be reimbursed from the state. Please reach out to stars@ccvstars.com if you would like to receive the attestation form.

Rather than waiting for an email from Stars, we ask that you please click here prior to heading to the fields to check the status of your campus. In cases where cancellations are necessary, we do our best to makeup games, but it is not guaranteed.
